My name is Aarush Muthukrishnan and I am 12 years old. I have become beloved with coding since the age of 7. Ever since then, I have slowly taught myself with curiosity how to code and became my main hobby. I first started out with a simple program: Scratch. After that, I started to learn Python, HTML, CSS, JS, and Azure Ai Fundamentals. Over these 5 years of coding, I learnt that anyone can code if they put in the time and effort into it.
After the pandemic, most employees had to work remotely, including my parents. I soon noticed that they had to do their best to extract as much information from meetings, which isn't an easy task. I always wondered if there was an easy way to keep track of info shared during meetings. This was my inspiration for Meeting Mate, which has the tools my parents needs and I think other people probably need to make their life easier. During meetings, taking notes and listening isn't an easy job. Well, Meeting Mate takes care of that, where you can just record the meeting audio and upload it to Meeting Mate, and it will give you all the key points and meeting minutes. A main issue employee have is time management. Meeting Mate also takes care of that with an easy-to-access to-do list so you can always stay organized. Meeting Mate has one final feature which is the voice recorder, which has a purpose of an easy-to-access recorder so you can send audio files to other employees quickly.
